Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and services provided by Atlas Design & Build Group Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, with offices at 2-8 Games Road, Barnet, EN4 9HN. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Services
Atlas Design & Build Group Ltd provides construction, renovation, design, and project management services across London and the United Kingdom. The scope, timeline, and pricing of any project will be defined in a separate written quotation or contract agreed between both parties.
Quotations & Contracts
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A signed contract and agreed deposit are required before works commence. Variations to the scope of work must be agreed in writing and may incur additional charges.
Payment Terms
Payment schedules are detailed in each project contract. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless agreed otherwise. We reserve the right to charge interest on late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Warranties
We warrant that all works will be performed with reasonable skill and care, in accordance with industry standards and applicable UK building regulations. Workmanship warranties are detailed in each individual contract. Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and fittings supplied.
Liability
Our total liability arising from any project shall not exceed the total contract value. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and project photography, is the property of Atlas Design & Build Group Ltd and protected by copyright. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Use of Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to engage in any activity that may damage, disable, or impair its functionality. We reserve the right to suspend access at our discretion.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
